Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience in asset management and pavement and material design for airfields and highway construction and maintenance. This dovetails with his background in bituminous binders, aggregates, asphalt technology and research, which includes hot, warm and cold technology.
Jonathan also brings international experience having worked in France, India and South Africa.
Having joined Jean Lefebvre (UK) in 2000, Jonathan is responsible for all business activities including technical, management, product control and quality.
Jonathan is also the main link to the international technical and research centre networks which enable worldwide technology transfer of which he manages the delivery of many innovative solutions.
James heads our Pavement Consultancy, with over 10-years’ experience in asset management, pavement engineering and material design for highway construction and maintenance.
James is a Chartered Engineer through the institute of Civil Engineering and has been appointed a Certified Pavement Engineer through the Institute of Asphalt Technology.
As Head of HR for JLUK, my role is to lead on Company processes and drive people management strategies. Working with stakeholders and customers, I have a fundamental role in supporting the business culture and overarching responsibility for employee wellbeing and attracting new talent.
Len has over 25 years’ experience in the asphalt & quarrying industry, with a background in technical roles covering asphalt production, quarrying, and site work.
Len joined Jean Lefebvre (UK) in 2011 and during this time he has been involved with hot, warm and cold mix technology as well as the development of modified bitumen’s and emulsions.
Len is responsible for the daily operations of our UKAS laboratories, including the new Technical Centre, based at Cheshunt.
Luke has over 35 years’ experience in Materials Engineering, Pavement Design and Laboratory Management at UKAS accredited county laboratories.
Since joining Jean Lefebvre (UK) in 2013, Luke is primarily responsible for pavement investigations and providing treatment design solutions/recommendations. His role includes scoping of site investigations, provision of specialist on-site services and analysis of investigation findings.
Luke also provides technical advice to internal and external clients on various aspects of materials engineering, asphalt specifications and pavement design issues.
I have worked for JLUK since January 2021 and as JLUK's Communications and Social Value Manager I provide a link between our businesses and the community, leading our culture of building genuine, long-term partnerships by supporting community projects. Building an ethos that creates lasting social, environmental, and economic value for local communities is an essential part of the services we provide and is rooted into the values of JLUK. I also ensure JLUK provides clear, accurate, and comprehensive information to its Stakeholders.
